The hotel is situated near Kolymbia, about 23 km from Rodos town, 12 km from Faliraki and 6 km from Golf Afandou. The distance from Hotel Loutanis to the beautiful beach of Afandou is about 600 m, to Kolymbia beach about 700 m. The hotel offers free transfer with a minibus to the nearest beach. The hotel area consists of 3 buildings (main building and 2 side buildings) with reception, bar, lounge, TV-area, restaurant, safe boxes, 2 pools with umbrellas and chairs, children’s pool, snack-pool bar and children’s playground.
